About Mooloolaba Law
Mooloolaba Law was founded in 2011 by Peter J. Arthur.
Peter graduated in 1984 with Honours in Law from Adelaide University. He worked as a Senior Associate at Australian top tier law firms Clayton Utz and Phillips Fox, and U.K. top tier firm Bevan Ashford, before joining one of Queensland’s largest regional law firms where he worked as a partner until 2010.
In 2010 Peter became accredited with Queensland Law Society as a Commercial Litigation Accredited Specialist, and in 2012 Peter became a Registered Adjudicator under the Building and Construction Industry Payments Act (BCIPA) 2004.
Mooloolaba Law is the next stage in Peter’s noteworthy legal career.
